Through CDAnet and ITRANS claims service, we are able to submit dental benefits claims to most Canadian dental insurance providers on behalf of our patients securely and efficiently. The patient is responsible for the fees charged by our office at the time of service, no matter what the insurance coverage may be.

Payment options:

• Cash: Accepted.
• Debit Card: Accepted.
• Credit Card: Visa and MasterCard.

Please note: Payment is due by the patient at the time of service.

As a courtesy to you, we will electronically submit your dental benefit claim to your insurance company. Please keep us informed of any changes to your insurance plan. The patient is responsible for the fees charged by our office at the time of service, no matter what the insurance coverage may be. Most insurance companies should respond to the claim within four to six weeks.
